Common questions

I paid but the app still shows the paywall. Open Settings inside Backblur and tap Unlock Backblur, then Restore purchase. Make sure the device is signed into the same Google account or Apple Account that made the purchase.

A photo won't open. The file may be damaged or in a format your device can't read. Try another copy of the photo, or a different photo.

Which devices does Backblur run on? Android, iPhone, iPad, and Mac. Android is on Google Play. iPhone, iPad, and Mac share one app on the App Store.

Does one unlock cover every platform? No. Android and Apple are separate $4.99 unlocks, each once, tied to the account you bought it with. The Android unlock follows your Google account to every Android device. The Apple unlock follows your Apple Account to every iPhone, iPad, and Mac, and it works with Family Sharing.
