Backblur

Terms of Service

Last updated September 1, 2026

These terms govern your use of the Backblur Android app and the backblur.app website, both operated by Graf Technology, LLC ("we", "us"). By using the app or site, you agree to them.

License

We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use Backblur on Android devices signed into your Google account. The one-time unlock is a lifetime license for those devices, not a transfer of ownership of the software. You may not reverse engineer, redistribute, or resell the app except where law expressly permits.

Your content

Your photos are yours. Backblur processes them entirely on your device; we never receive, store, or claim any rights to them. You are responsible for having the rights to the photos you edit.

Purchases and refunds

The unlock is a one-time purchase processed by Google Play. Refunds follow Google Play's refund policy. If something is wrong with your purchase, contact us at support@graftechnology.com and we will do our best to make it right.

Warranty and liability

Backblur is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Graf Technology, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app or site, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app.

Changes and termination

We may update these terms; continued use after an update is acceptance. We may discontinue the app or site, though your local installation and anything you have saved to Photos remain yours.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
